Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
50ml Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year Old Special Reserve Irish Whiskey
10ml Simple Syrup
3 Dashes Angostura © bitters.
60ml Irish Stout.

+ Add 50ml Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year Old Special Reserve, 10ml of simple syrup and 3 dashes of Angostura © bitters to the base of an old fashioned glass.

+ Fill the glass with ice and stir with cautious vigour.

+ Allow to settle briefly and top with Irish stout.
