What’s more Irish than an Irish Coffee cocktail…a Café Honey Irish Coffee cocktail! In this hot Irish coffee drink recipe, velvety honey notes blend with warm espresso and cream for an undeniably indulgent Irish mixed coffee drink that makes the perfect winter warmer.

Double walled coffee glass or Georgian Irish coffee glass
Kettle, spoon, cocktail or protein shaker
Coffee Beans or Honeycomb

- 1 part Café Honey
- 3 parts Medium roast hot coffee (filter/drip coffee is preferable)
- 1/3 part sweetener of your choice such as demerara sugar
- 2 parts of double cream
- Start with hot water to warm the glass and discard
- Add in a measure of Café Honey, then add your coffee followed by the sweetener (if adding granulated sugar, make sure to stir well to dissolve sugar)
- Add your cream to a shaker and shake well for 10 seconds to allow cream to thicken.
- Use a spoon to gently layer the cream collar so it stays floating on top Garnish with three coffee beans or grated honeycomb for an extra indulgent finish

W. are the initials of one of the greatest distillers Ireland has ever had, his name was Daniel Edmund Williams.
