Frequently Asked Questions Is tonic water not for gin?

Tonic water works very well with whiskey, making a surprisingly refreshing drink. For those who love a G&T this is 100% worth trying.

What does XO mean?

It stands for Extra Old and refers to the demerara rum we use to season our casks.

Does it taste good with slimline tonic water instead?

Yes you can, it shouldn't change the flavour profile at all.
