We started making whiskey in 1829 so we felt our birth year deserved its own cocktail.
Do I need to garnish with a cherry?
You can choose a orange zest instead if you prefer.
Can I use dry vermouth instead?
Yes, you could play around with it but we believe this drink works better with sweet vermouth.
