This tropical, citrusy summer cocktail is full of zest and best served in a cocktail bar, especially Tiki Bars. This recipe brings out the tropical notes found in XO and helps tell the story of the rum cask maturation.

- 50ml Tullamore D.E.W. XO
- 25ml Lime juice
- 25ml Simple/sugar syrup
- Lime Wheel
HOW TO MAKE
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel

The History of Tullamore D.E.W.
Tullamore is a town in Ireland, a small town which today has a population of almost 13,000 people. DEW or D. E. W. are the initials of one of the greatest distillers Ireland has ever had, his name was Daniel Edmund Williams. He began working at the distillery as a stable boy at the age of 15 and went on to become Distillery Manager by the age of 25.
