The Apple D.E.W. is a simple, refreshing drink. The very real apple tones that Tullamore D.E.W. Original offers complement the apple flavours in the juice, bringing to mind a sort of baked apple flavour. This can be enhanced by the addition of a dash of Angustora bitters to give the cocktail some spicy apple pie notes. An unexpected but deliciously fresh combination.

RECIPE

  • 50 ml

    Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey

  • 150 ml

    Apple juice

  • Lemon wedge

1. Into a tall ice-filled glass, add 50ml Tullamore D.E.W.
2. Top with pressed apple juice
3. Garnish with a lemon wedge
