O'Sherry

Ireland and Spain have a deeply intertwined history dating back to the defeat of the Spanish Armada in 1588 that marooned many of the surviving sailors in Ireland where they eventually settled. The O’Sherry whiskey cocktail pays tribute to this heritage pairing Spanish sherry and vermouth with the spice and vanilla sherry cask notes of Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish whiskey.

RECIPE

  • 50 ML

    Tullamore D.E.W. Original

  • 10 ML

    Sweet vermouth

  • 7.5 ML

    Pedro ximenez sherry

  • 2 dashes

    Chocolate bitters

  • Fresh mint

  • Handful of raisins

1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass. 2. Fill with ice and stir until chilled. 3. Strain into a coupe glass, express lemon oils and garnish with raisins and mint.
