This cocktail is a very simple mixture of fresh mint leaves, which give the drink a really fresh aroma, vanilla sugars and a dash of peach bitters to give the natural vanilla flavours in Tullamore D.E.W. Irish whiskey that extra zest. If you're feeling fancy, try it in a Julep cup, it won't change the taste but it sure looks good.

WHITE VANILLA SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 DASH
1. First, pour 50ml Tullamore D.E.W. Original, 12.5ml white vanilla sugar syrup, dash of peach bitters and twelve mint leaves into a cup. 2. Gently muddle the mint, fill with crushed ice and then stir gently to combine. 3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and straw.
